My sister reminded me that most people don't know what lure coursing or LGRA is so here is a mini description and a bunch of links.
So lure coursing is only for sight hounds. Like Greyhound, Whippets, Borzoi's, Ridgebacks and some other breeds of that nature. Its kind of like regular Greyhound racing. They chase a fake bunny. In LGRA events the first one across the line wins and in AKC lure coursing its judged on the dogs performance, not timed.
